The ‘Dress to Kill’ Fashion Show!

The ‘Dress to Kill’ Fashion Show!

I truly believe that God has a way of putting people in our lives for a reason. We don’t always know why, but eventually we end up seeing how He has connected the dots for us.

This weekend I had the pleasure of attending my very first fashion show! The designer, Tashumbra, crossed my path about 3 or 4 years ago, while at work.  I learned her story & our energies connected.  I love creative people!

This Saturday, she presented her latest collection “Back to Basics”a line of classic black & white mixes, on trend with this season’s level of fashion and fabulous-ness!

The venue was an intimate setting amongst family, close friends and supporters.

The looks were inspired by her own style – sleek, sophisticated with a definite edge.

She showcased a variety of looks, from a short jumper (my personal fav!), shorts paired with a casual feather accented top to slacks with suspenders!

There’s a mixture of street chic, along with a few 2 piece suits perfect for Summer.

Very creative looks and matching handbags too!

She carries the total package.

Seeing her gives me hope 🙂
