DIY Hi-Low Tank + Mid-Calf Pencil Skirt

Hola Chicas,

At the beginning of the year, I started a ‘make list’ with all of the must have DIYs that I wanted to make for myself in 2016.  A pencil skirt, although one of the easiest DIYs is something I’ve strayed away from in the past, was near the top of my list.  Oddly enough, I’ve waited until half of 2016 to be over before committing myself to making one…. or 2 🙂  You can see my first pencil skirt HERE.

DIY Hi Low Tank + Pencil Skirt

My DIY Tank

I made a pattern from a RTW tank in my closet.  I used THIS fabric from Cali Fabrics, out of stock.  You can find similar fabric HERE & HERE!  I added a facing for this tank, since the fabric is pretty thin and stretchy.
